PROCESSING TIME IS 5-15 BUSINESS DAYS. Shipping time is 2-4 business days AFTER PROCESSING TIME. Please note some shipping carriers may be experiencing delays due to Covid-19.

Boho Chic Hair is not at liberty to calculate or charge customer as we have no control over the fees required outside of regular shipping fees. 1. How long is processing?
Processing takes may take up to 5-15 business days. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. Orders will be shipped out after processing. Please note of processing time before ordering.
2. Lost PackagesWe are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, in the case that packages or lost or stolen please contact your local post office to file a claim first, we will assist with any information that they may need. Tracking numbers are provided via email so please monitor your packages to prevent any issues.
3. When will my tracking number start to update?
After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Please Track Your Package at on the carriers website. Your Tracking Number will come to your email from PayPal and/or Shopify. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 14 business days please contact customer service at sales@bohochichair.com.
4. Can I make changes to my order?
To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, So orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.
